SIGN RECOGNITION AND VOICE CONVERSION SYSTEM FOR DUMB

The Sign Recognition and Voice Conversion System is designed to assist speech-impaired individuals by converting hand signs into voice output. A camera captures hand gestures, and the visual data is processed by a Single Board Computer (SBC). Image processing and recognition algorithms identify the gestures and convert them into corresponding audio output in real time. This system helps improve communication with the general public. This project uses an SBC, camera module, gesture recognition algorithms, audio modules, and embedded programming, making it suitable for assistive and inclusive communication applications.
