PORTABLE HEART RATE MONITORING USING REMOTE HEALTH MONITORING SYSTEM

The Portable Heart Rate Monitoring System is designed to monitor heart rate in real time using IoT technology. A heart rate sensor collects physiological data, which is processed by an ESP32 microcontroller. The system transmits the data to a remote monitoring platform, allowing healthcare providers to track patient health remotely. Alerts can be generated during abnormal conditions. This project uses heart rate sensors, an ESP32, cloud platforms, IoT communication, and embedded programming, making it suitable for remote healthcare and wearable monitoring applications.
