Project
Gas Turbine Combustion Chamber Development for Jet Engine Applications
₹25000.0
Designing and testing a smaller combustion chamber for gas turbine jet engines is the main objective of this study. 3D modeling software is used to design the combustion chamber, and heat-resistant materials are used in its fabrication. It uses cutting-edge components including liners and swirlers to maximize air-fuel mixing and lower emissions. The investigation demonstrates combustion processes under controlled circumstances using a simulated fuel injection system and air supply. Temperature, pressure, and combustion efficiency are all measured by sensors. To maximize thrust and fuel efficiency while reducing environmental impact, the study highlights the importance of effective combustion chambers. This project lays the groundwork for future studies in sustainable propulsion technologies by providing a realistic understanding of combustion dynamics and their crucial role in the performance of contemporary jet engines.
