Development and Demonstration of Working of Aircraft Jet Engine

The objective of this project is to build a functional, scaled-down replica of an aircraft jet engine to demonstrate its operation. Essential components consisting of the compressor, combustion chamber, turbine, and nozzle are included in the prototype; they were all created with 3D printing and lightweight materials. Thrust is produced by compressing, igniting, and expanding airflow created by a small power source. During operation, the project uses sensors to maintain surveillance on variables including thrust, pressure, and temperature. The basic procedures of fuel burning, air compression, and energy conversion in jet engines are highlighted in the demonstration.
