PC BASED DC MOTOR SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM WITH PWM

In this project, a PC-based system that uses pulse width modulation (PWM) to regulate a DC motor's speed is developed. A microcontroller, a motor driver circuit, and a PC software interface components of the system. By providing commands through the PC, users can change the motor's speed. The microcontroller then processes these inputs to produce PWM signals. To smoothly and effectively control motor speed, the motor driver decodes these signals. The project emphasizes how crucial software-controlled motor functioning is, as well as how versatile PWM is for controlling motor speed. Testing assesses system stability, response time, and speed accuracy.
