To identify important conclusions that emphasize the opportunities and difficulties the epidemic presents for IP protection by looking at case studies and legal systems. The research demonstrates that as organizations respond to new realities, their approaches to IP management are changing. Providing suggestions to businesses and politicians regarding how to improve IP regimes to foster innovation and ensure that public health requirements are satisfied. This study contributes to the current discussion on intellectual property rights during emergencies.
